ABOUT DELIVERY

What delivery methods are available?

You can choose to have your package delivered directly to your home, where it will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. If you prefer to pick up your parcel at a relay point, it will be delivered to you within an average of 3 to 5 working days following dispatch. We strive to guarantee you a fast and reliable delivery service so that you can enjoy your purchases as soon as possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer different payment options so that you can make your purchases with ease. You can pay by credit card, via PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

ORDER & RETURN

How can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel an order, please contact our email address anaqa.chems@gmail.com , we will send you instructions on how to cancel your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not mandatory to create an account to place an order on our site but this is strongly recommended in order to more easily follow your order.

Otherwise, you can just checkout as a guest and follow the step-by-step instructions.

How to track my order ?

In order for you to track your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order using this tracking number on the delivery carrier's website.

How can I return a product and what are the return conditions?

As part of a product return, it must be sent in its original packaging, not have been worn, not have any stains or other defective details and must not be perfumed.

In order to initiate a return, please send the invoice for your order to anaqa.chems@gmail.com, we will then send you instructions on how to return your item.
